A trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and certified Embodied Processing Practitioner, supporting individuals on the path from survival to safety. My work guides you into deeper nervous system regulation, self-reclamation, and alignment with your true Self, helping you step into life with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Through a blend of somatic therapy, compassionate presence, and grounded personal insight, I help you reconnect with who you are beneath the layers of coping, perfectionism, fear of success, and societal pressure. This work isn’t just professional it’s deeply personal. I’ve walked this path myself.

My Approach
Guided by Three Pillars
​Permission:
Healing begins with giving yourself permission to feel fully, take up space, and pursue what you truly want. We often carry protective patterns that prevent us from being fully seen, heard, or expressed. Together, we meet these parts with curiosity and compassion, creating a safe container for transformation.
Embodiment:
True change happens in the body, not just the mind. Using Embodied Processing and Breathwork, we connect with sensations, emotions, and patterns stored in the nervous system. By grounding in your body, you can navigate triggers, release tension, and cultivate presence, making your life feel more spacious, safe, and lived.
Clear Vision:
Healing also requires clarity and alignment. Through our work, you can reconnect with your desires, your goals, and your authentic self. We work to see past fear, guilt, and old stories, giving you the clarity to step confidently into your relationships, your career, and your life vision.
The Work
Each session begins by establishing internal safety because trauma isn’t just what happened to us, it’s what happened inside us when support was absent. From this safe space, we gently explore the body’s language: sensations, emotions, and contraction patterns that may underlie struggles like anxiety, relationship challenges, shame, or burnout. Rather than chasing perfection or “fixing” ourselves, I guide you to meet yourself as you are, cultivating self-trust, presence, and embodiment. Healing is an unfolding journey, not a destination and from this place, life becomes more livable, more aligned, and more truly yours.
