ONE-TO-ONE BREATHWORK
Breathwork Sessions
Pause Breathwork is a method where we use continual breathwork to break down emotions in the body that are stagnant and create havoc on our energetic systems.
It's a practice of allowing our systems to see a different perspective whereby we feel deeply connected to our bodies and understand the intelligence contained within our systems.
Breathwork is a way to heal, release, and transform.
What happens in a session?
Each session is individualised. We map how your nervous system tends to respond, identifying whether your system moves toward:
-
Anxiety and activation
-
Overwhelm and emotional flooding
-
Shutdown or withdrawal
-
Rest and restoration states
01
We begin by exploring what has been showing up in your life.

02
Through a gentle conversation, we map how your nervous system tends to respond to stress.

03
Together, we create a breath and regulation experience tailored to your needs in that moment.

04
The session focuses on helping you feel more grounded, present, and supported inside your body.
WHY BREATHWORK?
Most of us struggle with the everyday pressures of life. We're living in an age where we're busier than ever, and because we're disconnected from our bodies, it's easy to become buried in feelings we don't know how to process. Breathwork allows us to be still, be with ourselves, and breathe and feel through our experiences. We were given the tool of breath since birth but most people are unaware of how powerful and transformational it can be.
Common benefits of breathwork:

Immediate stress reduction & anxiety relief

Connect with your emotions & change your response to them

Revitalises your organs

Reduces toxins in your body & provides an energetic release

More energy & mental clarity

Deepens your relationship to your body

Release trauma that has been stuck in your system for years

Better access your intuition, higher self, and source
ONE-TO-ONE SOMATIC SESSIONS
Somatic Embodied
Processing Sessions
Embodied Processing combines body awareness with therapeutic techniques to heal emotional and physical experiences stored in the body.

Ideal for addressing deeper patterns, trauma, and cultivating inner safety — these sessions focus on understanding your responses through a lens of compassion rather than judgment.

Instead of working against your patterns, we work with them.
Through compassionate inquiry, we explore:
-
Why certain patterns emerged
-
How they may have protected you
-
What is needed now to move forward with more choice and freedom
"Our sessions are grounded in the intention of creating a safe space where all parts of you are welcome to express themselves."
THE DEEPER WORK
Trauma isn't just what happened to us — it's how our nervous system adapted to survive those experiences.

These imprints influence how we perceive and react to the world, often steering us toward survival-driven responses.

We tune into emotions and sensations in the body, differentiating between raw present-moment experience and the stories we tell ourselves.

Resourcing practices help you stay grounded and integrate these experiences into daily life.
We're not here to fix or change anything but to provide a nurturing environment where all parts of you can be housed and embodied into safety. By letting go of expectations, we allow the session to unfold naturally, embracing each part of your experience with curiosity and compassion.
The intention is to empower you to move beyond survival patterns and into a state of greater wholeness and well-being acknowledging that healing is not about fixing, but about embracing and embodying all parts of yourself with safety and compassion.
